• Analyze work orders and MOQ to maximize margins.
• Prepare daily/weekly financial reports and charts.
• Analyze data and identify trends to inform decisions.
• Lead process-improvement projects as requested by management.
• Provide timely reporting on plant performance versus plans.
• Help identify non-value-added processes and propose solutions.
• Maintain office operations, filing, and supply requisitions.
• Approve timecards and handle payroll questions.
• Maintain office systems and equipment procurement.
• Contribute to team goals and ensure safety and policy adherence.
• Assist plant manager with EH&S activities.
• Order office and manufacturing supplies and manage Kanban.

Job Summary:

A well-rounded professional with experience in Business Management related fields, Accounting knowledge is an essential attribute. The position is geared toward an entry level professional with two to three years of experience.

Job Duties:

• Audit work orders to ensure production is accurately reported, investigate discrepancies, and work with Operations to resolve reporting issues in a timely manner.
• Provide support to Operations and Shipping, including labels, shipping documentation, and other administrative and operational support as required.
• Monitors all Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables, report any discrepancies to the plant manager timely
• Analyzes work orders, MOQ, etc to ensure that the company is maximizing margins
• Prepares financial reports and charts daily / weekly as requested
• Analyzes data, summarizes information, and identifies trends
• Responsible for performing special projects to improve process efficiency and performance projects as assigned by management
• Provides timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the plant’s performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and strategic plan
• Assists Plant Manager to identify non-value-added processes within the plant and seeks solutions
• Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions
• Approves timecards, makes edits as needed, and answers payroll related questions
• Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Ensures safety of employees and that all company policies are adhered to
• Assist plant manager with EH&S activities
• Orders office and manufacturing supplies and maintains Kanban system for critical supplies

Job Qualifications:
