• Audit work orders and resolve reporting discrepancies with Operations.
• Provide administrative support to Operations and Shipping.
• Monitors Accounts Payable/Receivable and reports discrepancies promptly.
• Analyze margins and data to identify trends and optimize processes.
• Prepare daily/weekly financial reports and charts.
• Maintain office systems, filing, and Kanban for supplies.
• Assist Plant Manager with EH&S activities and safety compliance.
• Approve timecards and handle payroll-related inquiries.
