Description
Job Title: Operations Coordinator Who we are looking for: AiM is actively recruiting a reliable, conscientious, and motivated Operations Coordinator who will plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the assigned department/division. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
Essential Job Functions
- Formulate and implement departmental policies and procedures to maximize output
- Facilitating communication between different departments and stakeholders, ensuring everyone has the information they need.
- Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring timely completion.
- Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure high standards are met.
- Providing general administrative support, including scheduling, record-keeping, and other office tasks.
- Be nice & be good at your job
- Regular and consistent attendance and availability
- Special Projects and Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills; planning and organization; decision-making; influencing and leading; teamwork; negotiation; conflict management; adaptability; multi-tasking skills
- An associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Working knowledge of power point, word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, ability to adapt to new technology as it becomes available.
- Ability to excel in a team environment required. Must be able to successfully interface at all levels of the organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
- Strong analytical skills required with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to source, disseminate and properly apply secondary research
- Light to frequent overnight travel
