Description

Job Title: Operations Coordinator Who we are looking for: AiM is actively recruiting a reliable, conscientious, and motivated Operations Coordinator who will plan, direct and coordinate the operations of the assigned department/division. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of departmental operations through the provision of effective methods and strategies.

Essential Job Functions

  • Formulate and implement departmental policies and procedures to maximize output
  • Facilitating communication between different departments and stakeholders, ensuring everyone has the information they need.
  • Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring timely completion.
  • Implementing and maintaining quality control measures to ensure high standards are met.
  • Providing general administrative support, including scheduling, record-keeping, and other office tasks.
  • Be nice & be good at your job
  • Regular and consistent attendance and availability
  • Special Projects and Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills; planning and organization; decision-making; influencing and leading; teamwork; negotiation; conflict management; adaptability; multi-tasking skills
  • An associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of power point, word processor, spreadsheet, other PC applications, ability to adapt to new technology as it becomes available.
  • Ability to excel in a team environment required. Must be able to successfully interface at all levels of the organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
  • Strong analytical skills required with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to source, disseminate and properly apply secondary research
  • Light to frequent overnight travel
