Asplundh is seeking an Operations Controller – Regional Planning & Forecasting to lead planning, forecasting, accounting and performance management for a defined geographic region. You will partner with regional leadership to translate operational drivers into financial plans and ensure strong financial controls.

The Operations Controller serves as a strategic financial and operational partner responsible for leading planning, forecasting, accounting, and performance management activities for a defined geographic region. This role helps ensure regional financial performance aligns with broader business objectives by providing accurate forecasts, meaningful analysis, and actionable insights. Through close collaboration with operational and business segment leaders, the Operations Controller supports informed decision-making, identifies risks and opportunities, and drives continuous improvements that enhance financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and overall business performance.
