Job summary

Envoy Air Inc. is seeking a qualified candidate to manage aircraft gate planning and ramp movement, ensuring schedule integrity and clear communications across teams.

The role includes oversight of weight and balance planning for American Eagle flights, and coordination with Air Traffic Control to prioritize high-value flights while maintaining safety and efficiency. Strong Microsoft Office skills and a valid US work permit are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid REAL ID driver’s license or legal authority to travel for business.
• Ability to work rotating shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English (read, write, and speak).
• 2+ years airline operations experience; weight and balance planning preferred.
• Air Traffic Control experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Knowledge of Ascent Aris GM, GETNG, VantagePoint preferred.
• Math calculations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary management control of aircraft gate planning and ramp movement.
• Oversee gate planning and daily schedule integrity.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors and management levels.
• Support and oversight of agents with weight and balance planning for American Eagle flights.
• Control aircraft movement in ramp/gate areas to meet operational priorities.
• Coordinate with Air Traffic Control to prioritize high-value flights as needed.
• Assist management with additional administrative duties.
