PrimeFlight Aviation is seeking an Operations Control Agent to monitor and manage airport services, coordinating flight schedules, gate assignments, and ground support to ensure smooth operations.

You will communicate with airlines, ground staff and other stakeholders, respond to disruptions, and help enforce safety and regulatory standards while maintaining clear logs and data records.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Ability to access and interpret information on paper and electronic devices (IPads/Tablets, computers, mobile devices).
• Able to liaise with airlines, ground staff and other stakeholders.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Eligible for required credentials/clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs as applicable).
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

SUMMARY OVERVIEW

The Operations Control Agent is a critical role responsible for monitoring and managing the operational aspects of airport services. This position involves overseeing and coordinating various operational elements such as flight schedules, gate assignments, and ground services to ensure smooth and efficient airport functioning. You are also tasked with responding to operational disruptions and emergencies, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact. Furthermore, the role requires continuous communication with airlines, ground staff, and other relevant parties to maintain operational flow and adherence to safety and regulatory standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor and manage the operational control center for airport services
• Coordinate communication between various departments such as ground handling, maintenance, and security
• Track and report on flight operations, including departures, arrivals, and delays
• Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and safety protocols
• Respond quickly to operational disruptions and emergencies
• Liaise with air traffic control and airline operations centers
• Oversee the implementation of contingency plans during irregular operations
• Provide real-time information and updates to relevant stakeholders
• Manage and update the operational database and systems
• Analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Assist in the development and updating of standard operating procedures
• Coordinate with ground services for efficient aircraft turnaround
• Facilitate crew briefings and disseminate critical flight information
• Participate in regular training and development sessions to stay abreast of industry standards
• Maintain clear and concise logs of all operational occurrences and actions taken
• Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices including IPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).
• Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to be flexible to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays
