PrimeFlightAviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily airport operations across shifts, ensuring safe and efficient procedures.

You will coordinate with security, customer service, and ground handling to address challenges and maintain high service levels. The role requires 5+ years in transportation/aviation operations, strong communication in English, and the ability to manage emergencies and regulatory compliance.

The Duty Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the airport, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for passengers, staff, and airline partners. This position involves managing operational issues, responding to emergencies, and making real-time decisions tomaintainoperational flow and safety.TheDuty Manager liaises with various departments, including security, customer service, and ground handling, to coordinate efforts and address any challenges that arise. Also, youare responsible formonitoring compliance with airport regulations and standards, providing leadership and guidance to staff, and ensuringa high levelof customer service and operational excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day airport operations during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and safe procedures
• Coordinate with various departments, including security, customer service, and maintenance, for seamless operations
• Respond to and manage operational emergencies and unusual situations
• Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations and company policies

QUALIFICATIONS

• 18 years of age or older
• Eligible to work in the United States
• Must have a valid state-issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• 5 Years transportation/aviation operations experience
• Knowledge of the Aviation Industry
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including theuseofelectronic devices includingIPads/Tablets, Computers, and Mobile Devices
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and clients, both in-person and through electronic means
• Pass a background check and drug screen
• Eligibility toacquireneeded credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
• Airlines are 24/7, so we need our team members to beflexible to work various shifts including nights,weekendsand holidays
