You will manage invoicing, monitor payments, and help ensure accurate financial documentation while collaborating with multiple teams to maintain service quality.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in transportation, dispatching, accounting, finance, administration.
• 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with billing systems, invoicing, or financial reporting preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); ability to learn new software quickly.

Responsibilities

• Contract administration and billing support, including reviewing and reconciling billing records.
• Coordinate driver assignments and transportation schedules to support operations.
• Compile operational, financial, and performance reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, customer service, and management teams.
