Job summary

Tarka Talent is assisting a results-driven management consultancy expanding in the US. You will own high-impact operational transformations, work with boardroom and shop floor, and embed sustainable change.

Initial weeks at UK HQ before assuming leadership role in the US. You will deliver multi-million-dollar programs, lead teams of 4–8, align KPIs with business outcomes, and travel extensively (4 days/week on client sites).

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting experience (ops/supply-chain etc).
• Strong engineering or technical academic background.
• A track record of delivering measurable operational improvements.
• Strong analytical problem-solving and storytelling ability.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-million-dollar transformation workstreams across clients.
• Lead teams of four to eight consultants in high-trust, data-led client engagements.

You will have the chance to lead critical operational transformation programs, managing high-performing teams to deliver outcomes worth millions. You’ll begin your journey with full immersion in the firm’s proven methodology, spending your first weeks at their UK HQ before stepping into a key leadership role in the US.
