- Location / Working Model: Charlotte, North Carolina | Client-Facing Role with Travel Monday to Thursday

The Senior Consultant will drive and support operational improvement and transformation projects for clients across the United States, with Chartlotte as your home base.
Role Highlights
- Lead workstreams on operational excellence, performance improvement, and business transformation engagements
- Analyse business processes, data, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop practical recommendations and support clients through implementation
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and project sponsors
- Contribute to business development initiatives and mentor junior consultants where appropriate
You Will Need
- 3+ years of operations consulting experience gained within a leading consulting firm
- A strong academic record with a technical, engineering, mathematical, scientific, or analytical background
- Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Willingness to travel Monday through Thursday to client sites across the US
