Job Description

Provide project coordination support to a team of 2 Operations Construction Managers across Indianapolis, Columbus, and Cincinnati. The role requires thriving in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment, balancing multiple priorities, and supporting logistics and e-commerce clients. Responsibilities include managing project documentation, invoicing, contractor communication, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and process project documents, contracts, and change orders.
• Review and enter invoices and maintain contractor insurance files.
• Ensure accurate cost coding and communicate with project stakeholders.
• Maintain project files on Box and DRS.
• Act as the primary contact for project accounting processes and educate contractors on procedures.
• Prepare expense reports and support team logistics.
• Coordinate customer notifications with relevant teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail, tact, discretion, and good judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination experience, preferably in construction, or a related bachelor’s degree.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.
• Experience with CRM systems like Yardi or Salesforce.
• Knowledge of real estate and construction terminology and processes.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly salary range: $26.44 - $36.54, commensurate with experience. Benefits include healthcare, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, generous PTO, and more.
