Clearwayjobs is seeking a Compliance Program Analyst to join their Continuous Improvement Team in San Diego, California. This role focuses on managing Clearway's GO 167-C compliance program and serving as the organizational representative for lessons learned across the fleet.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in operations and possess strong project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to build reporting tools are essential. A comprehensive salary range of $92,000 to $115,000 USD is offered, depending on experience.
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Compliance Program Analyst to join our Continuous Improvement Team. This role has two primary areas of focus: (1) owning and maturing Clearway’s GO 167-C compliance program — the CPUC regulation governing maintenance, operation, and safety standards for electric generating facilities and energy storage systems — and (2) serving as the organizational representative for lessons learned across the fleet.
The ideal candidate brings operational knowledge of power generation facilities, strong project management skills, and the ability to coordinate across site teams, engineering, legal, and regulatory stakeholders. Strong judgment, follow-through, and cross-functional influence are essential.

The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, relevant and demonstrated experience, education, training and certifications, and other factors permitted by law. This role is eligible to earn an annual cash bonus, subject to personal and company performance goals.

$92,000 — $115,000 USD
