• Preferred Qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs and represents the company to external organizations.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals and analyzing PL statements.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and ensures adherence to company policies and ethics.
• Models exceptional customer service and supports store initiatives to resolve customer issues and improve the customer experience.
