Job summary

Summit Public Schools in the California Bay Area is seeking a Special Projects Manager who will serve as the DOO's right hand, delivering exceptional service to families, students, teachers, and visitors. You will lead school-wide projects, plan events, and drive enrollment strategies to maximize our mission.

You will coordinate with the Office Manager, data teams, and vendors to maintain systems, support daily operations, and ensure smooth front-desk operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in education, nonprofit, or related field.
Experience in community engagement, operations, project management, or school/office settings.
Fluency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop strategy and implementation plans for school-wide projects.
Plan and execute school events, tours, and recruitment activities.
Support Office Manager with front desk operations and communications.
Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and vendor relationships.
Manage school-wide data and maintain systems documentation.
Engage families and community partners to support enrollment.
