Job summary

Triumph Financial is seeking an Operations Account Specialist to manage post-purchase lifecycle for factoring clients, partnering with Account Executives to ensure timely collections and accurate postings. The role emphasizes proactive collections, dispute resolution support, and portfolio health management.

The OAS will monitor aging, resolve payment discrepancies, and document activities to improve cash flow and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant customer service experience is required.
• Experience in account resolution/collection, handling escalations, and problem-solving is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the transportation industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage collection efforts for assigned client portfolios and build debtor relationships.
• Review incoming payments and ensure accurate, timely payment posting; research unapplied cash.
• Monitor aging and concentration risks; identify trends and escalate as needed.
• Track disputed invoices and coordinate with clients and debtors to facilitate resolution.
• Provide back office support to Account Executives to enable focus on purchasing and client relationships.
• Maintain accurate collection notes and update account status reports for management.
