Job summary

Amgen in Puerto Rico invites students to join our End-to-End Manufacturing Site for a multi-month co-op in Operations starting January 2027. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams on real projects, gaining hands-on experience and applying systems analysis, process improvements, and AI-enabled tooling.

We seek enrolled Bachelor's students with a 3.0 GPA, who can commit full-time for 6–12 months, and who bring teamwork, communication, and initiative. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time Bachelor's Degree program with a 3.0 GPA minimum.
• Expected to complete at least 2 years of study in listed STEM fields prior to co-op.
• Fluency in English; bilingualism (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Strong teamwork, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Measure and analyze current system and process performance.
• Drive improvements in operational efficiency and productivity across the organization.
• Actively learn through on-the-job training and apply knowledge in real-world settings.
• Identify and implement new processes across departments and functions.
• Support maintenance of detailed project plans and metrics.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
