Job summary

Amgen is seeking a highly motivated student for a 13-week Grad Co-op in Operations at New Albany, Ohio, starting Spring Semester 2027. You will work on cross-functional projects across Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering, gaining hands-on project experience and mentoring.

You will develop a project charter, analyze current state, and present recommendations to senior leadership, with networking events and access to ERGs.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an accredited college or university and US location for the co-op duration.
• Pursuing degree in engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• Strong MS Office, VBA, and SQL skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project charter mapping objectives, stakeholders, timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze problems, measure current state, and develop recommendations through qualitative and quantitative analysis.
• Present findings to executive management and participate in intern-wide poster session.
