Amgen is seeking a Grad Co-op in Operations for New Albany, OH, Spring Semester 2027. The role blends project work with professional development, mentoring, and networking to support Amgen's manufacturing and delivery of medicines.

You will contribute to cross-functional initiatives across Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering. Ideal candidates are pursuing advanced degrees (MBA/PhD/PharmD) and bring strong MS Office, VBA/SQL skills, leadership

Qualifications

Pursuing or recently completed degrees with MBA, PharmD, or PhD internships.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
VBA for Excel and SQL knowledge.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, project management, problem solving, analytical and quantitative skills.
Demonstrated leadership on campus (projects, clubs, etc.).

Responsibilities

Develop a project charter to map objectives, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
Work cross-functionally to identify problems, measure current state, and present findings to leadership.
Network across the company and participate in intern events and poster sessions.
Lead initiatives and business case development on cross-functional projects.
