Job summary

Amgen is seeking motivated students for a Grad Co-op in Operations at our New Albany, Ohio site. The 13‑week program combines project work with experiential learning, mentorship, and networking opportunities to develop professional skills.

Participants will work across Supply Chain, Process Development, Quality, Manufacturing, and Facilities & Engineering, delivering recommendations to senior leadership while building a strong foundation for a career in biotech.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Currently enrolled in an MBA program, Master’s program, PharmD program or Ph.D. program and completed first year before internship starts.

Responsibilities

• Develop a project charter to map objectives, stakeholders, timelines and deliverables.
• Analyze, identify problems, measure current state and develop recommendations.
• Present findings through posters and executive readouts; participate in networking events.
