Job summary

Lifetime of Love Nannies - Corporate Owned is seeking an Operations & Client Services Administrator to support rapid growth in our nanny and companion care services. You will balance sales, operations, recruiting, and client management while delivering exceptional customer service.

The role requires strong communication, relationship-building, and a proactive mindset to engage clients, generate leads, and coordinate onboarding and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, administration, customer service, staffing or healthcare/home care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build quick rapport and maintain professional relationships.
• Experience with scheduling, onboarding, or employee coordination.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relations and sales through consultations and lead follow-up.
• Support lead generation, recruiting and onboarding activities for caregivers.
• Manage scheduling, payroll support, and data entry in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with community partners and events to grow business.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards in operations.
