Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for clients and families.
• Handle client intake calls, onboarding, and follow-ups.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and address concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with caregivers and internal teams to support care delivery.
• Support referral outreach and maintain records.
