Safe Life Home Care in Lombard, IL is hiring a Client Relations & Business Development Coordinator to support client management, relationship building, and agency growth. This role works with the Supervisor/Operations team and focuses on client satisfaction, retention, and referrals.

Ideal candidate enjoys working with people, coordinating client onboarding, coordinating with caregivers and partners, and helping drive growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Experience in home care, healthcare, client services, customer service, or sales support preferred.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Comfortable using office software and learning care management systems.
• Professional, dependable, and client-focused.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a main point of contact for clients and families.
• Handle client intake calls, onboarding, and ongoing follow-ups.
• Coordinate with caregivers and internal teams to support care delivery.
• Assist the supervisor with referral outreach and relationship management.
• Track referrals, leads, and conversion outcomes.
• Participate in community events, networking, and outreach initiatives.
• Provide regular updates to management on client and referral activity.
