Job summary

Manta Medical, Inc. is seeking an Operations & Client Delivery Manager to own the day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of clinical operations.

This hybrid role spans operations leadership, client implementation, capacity planning, quality management, and product feedback loops. You will manage our Philippines-based operations team, partner with the product team on workflow design, and serve as the escalation point for complex cases and client communication.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in healthcare operations or revenue cycle workflows.
• Experience managing offshore or distributed teams.
• Proven ability to design and implement new operational processes.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
• Comfort working with product and engineering in early-stage tech.

Responsibilities

• Lead Philippines-based operations team in eligibility checks and PA processing.
• Translate client workflows into Manta configuration and SOPs.
• Manage onboarding of new provider practices onto the platform.
• Define daily queues, SLAs, and escalation paths.
• Partner with product to turn operational needs into features.
