QCD is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate for an on-site role in a temperature-controlled facility. You will enter orders, manage shipping documents, track inventory, and support cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records and efficient workflows.

The position runs Monday–Friday, 10:30 AM–7:00 PM, with benefits beginning after 30 days and weekly pay. Strong data entry and familiarity with warehouse systems are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years in operations, admin support, or order processing (warehouse setting a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry under time constraints.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with JDE, JDA, or Power BI is a plus.
• Ability to stay organized across shifting priorities and multiple systems.
• Clear communication skills and willingness to collaborate cross-functionally.

Responsabilités

• Track supplier credits, purchase orders, and inventory variances in coordination with other teams.
• Print and distribute picking and shipping forms to keep workflows moving.
• Conduct or support cycle counts and slot audits to maintain inventory integrity.
• Help resolve issues with product counts, orders, or documentation across departments.

Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time, on-site in a temperature-controlled warehouse
• Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
