Quality Custom Distribution is seeking an Order Selector to join our Spokane Valley, WA warehouse team. You will pick and move products safely and accurately in support of customer orders. You will operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required), work in refrigerated, freezer, and dry zones, and use RF scanners to track orders with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.

We offer full-time hours, 4 days on with 3 days off, 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Order Selector – Spokane Valley, WA

What You’ll Do

You’ll join our Spokane warehouse crew to pick and move products safely and accurately in support of customer orders.

In This Role, You’ll

• Pick and build customer orders quickly and accurately to meet delivery schedules.


• Safely operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required).


• Work in refrigerated, freezer, and dry warehouse zones.


• Verify products for quality, accuracy, and correct quantities.


• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track orders.


• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area in line with company standards.

What You’ll Bring

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.


• At least 6 months of experience using warehouse equipment (electric pallet jack, forklifts).


• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.


• Comfort working on your feet for long periods (standing, walking, bending, twisting).


• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.


• Basic reading and math skills for order verification.

The Schedule & Setting

• Full-time role, 4 days on, 3 days off (at least 2 days off will be consecutive)


• 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. shift


• Warehouse environment with varied temperature zones.

Pay & Benefits

• Pay Range (Base Pay): $20/hr
