Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution Services LLC (QCD), a subsidiary of GSF, is seeking an Operations Clerk in West Valley City, UT. The role focuses on accurate order processing and warehouse coordination to keep product moving.

You will enter orders, manage shipping docs, track inventory variances, and support cross-functional teams. Requires a high school diploma and 1–2 years in operations or admin roles with strong data entry and Excel/Word skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years in operations, admin support, or order processing (warehouse setting a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry under time constraints.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Word; experience with JDE, JDA, or Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders and shipment info with speed and accuracy using warehouse systems.
• Manage key documents like load plans, bills of lading, driver logs, and product complaints.
• Track supplier credits, purchase orders, and inventory variances in coordination with other teams.
• Print and distribute picking and shipping forms to keep workflows moving.
• Conduct or support cycle counts and slot audits to maintain inventory integrity.
• Help resolve issues with product counts, orders, or documentation across departments.
