Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) at the Bay Correctional Facility in Panama City, FL is hiring for a full-time clerical/administrative role. Pay is $17.05 per hour, with Monday–Friday shifts and on-site duties at 5400 Bay Line Dr., Panama City, FL 32404.

Responsibilities include clerical tasks related to security operations, data entry, reporting, and inmate record management, with ACA, MTC, and FDOC guidelines in mind.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and one year related experience.
• Computer knowledge preferred.
• Valid Florida driver’s license required, unless waived by management.

Responsibilities

• Handle clerical tasks and provide security-operated support as directed.
• Perform filing, data entry, create spreadsheets, and prepare reports and letters.
• Proofread material to verify accuracy.
• File inmate records and maintain, update, and file all terminated inmate records per guidelines.
• Maintain department files and update as needed.
