Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is hiring at the Bay Correctional Facility in Panama City, FL. The role involves maintenance and repair of buildings, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and related systems in a secure, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training and two (2) years related experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license in Florida with acceptable driving record, unless waived by management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair structures, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC in compliance with ACA, MTC, FDOC and DMS directives.
• Use hand and power tools to perform repairs or replacements.
• Repair or replace lighting fixtures, outlets and fuses as directed.
• Perform minor construction and repair of structural woodwork.
• Install window shades or coverings and security locks.
• Document work order status and whether repairs are outsourced.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on buildings and equipment.
