AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking an Operations Clerk to support the movement of freight across its multi-regional network.

This full-time role requires strong administrative skills and proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office. You will assist the Picking, Shipping and Receiving Departments, perform data entry, generate and validate reports, answer phones, file and fax documents, and interact with internal and external customers.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Good, tactful communications skills — verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Picking, Shipping and Receiving Departments with administrative tasks.
