AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking an Operations Clerk to support the movement of freight across the network. This full-time role involves data entry, report generation, and interactions with internal teams and external customers to keep shipping and receiving running smoothly.

You will assist Picking, Shipping, and Receiving, handle phones, filing, and faxing, and be asked to take on other duties as assigned, leveraging strong English communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak and understand English.
• High School education or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office products.
• Good, tactful communications skills—verbal and written.
• Self-motivated and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist Picking, Shipping and Receiving departments.
• Perform data entry and generate/validate reports.
• Work with internal and external customers.
• Answer phones, filing and faxing.
• Will be required to perform other job assignments as assigned.
