Job summary

TVH is seeking an Operations Clerk in Olathe, KS to support the Operations Management Team with data-driven reporting. The role focuses on creating and maintaining operation reports in Excel and gathering data from multiple sources to measure team performance.

You will also assist in tracking productivity and quality in weekly and monthly comparisons, research warehouse CRM claims and stock alerts, and help slot warehouse for optimal efficiency. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• English language proficiency is required for onboarding and training in the warehouse; must read, write, and comprehend written material and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Education:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills:

• English language proficiency is required for employees to effectivelyonboard and train in their warehouse position. Employees must be able to write, read and comprehendwritten material, along with understanding what iscommunicatedand have the ability tocommunicate effectively in English.This includes, but not limited to, accurately and efficiently reading and comprehendingworkinstructions, warehouse signs, communication monitors, work orders, product labels; along withcommunication in order to interact effectively with others.Additionally, positions in the warehouse environment are inherently safety-sensitive, based on the duties of the positions and the fact that these positions work with and/or around forklifts, hand-operated pallet jacks, conveyor belts, etc. Individuals in this position must be English language proficient to safely perform their job duties.

Reasoning Ability:

• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
