Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. in Mexico City is seeking a Warehouse Associate for Marken, UPS Healthcare Precision Logistics. You will ensure efficient handling of pharmaceutical shipments, prepare documentation, and support stock control in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least two years in a warehouse, strong attention to detail, independence under pressure, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Weekend hours may be required and flexibility is essential to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience (preferably pharmaceutical).
• Excellent eye for detail and customer focus.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Intermediate level experience in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Flexibility in working hours; weekend coverage may be required.

Responsibilities

• Receive drug and clinical trial supplies in accordance with procedures.
• Generate shipping documentation upon receipt of study requests.
• Create inventory pick lists in Warehouse Inventory Management System.
• Physically pick drug supplies from the warehouse.
• Inspect picked shipments for accuracy; process shipment documentation and acknowledgments.
• Stock control including periodic cycle counts; reconcile returns for destruction.

Job Purpose:

Ensure the efficient use of packaging and supplies available in the warehouse to satisfy client and internal requirements.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

1. Receipt of drug and clinical trial supplies in accordance with procedures.

Generation of shipping Documentation upon receipt of study request. Create Inventory pick-lists within Warehouse Inventory Management System. Physical pick of drug supplies (including lab kits) from within the warehouse. Inspection of drug supplies picked for shipment by other associates. Preparation of shipment export documentation. Processing of shipment acknowledgement of receipt. Post shipment notification to client. Stock control including periodic cycle counts. Process return drug supplies, including reconciliation, for destruction purpose.
