Job summary

ShipMonk Pittston (PA) seeks a Senior Manager, Operations Continuous Improvement to build and lead the site CI program. You will partner with the site GM and Process Excellence to identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver measurable improvements in cost, speed, and quality across our fulfillment network.

You will apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, set KPIs, and drive cross-functional change, training leaders and frontline teams to sustain a culture of continuous improvement at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing CI programs.
• Proven track record building CI functions with measurable impact.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma expertise; Black Belt preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment or 3PL environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the site CI roadmap with clear timelines and accountability.
• Create visibility for Ops CI across the organization through reviews and change management.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma to diagnose root causes and implement lasting changes.
• Set and track KPIs for CI outcomes and report to senior leadership.
• Partner with GMs and leaders to size opportunities and drive change adoption.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement across ShipMonk.
• Design and deliver CI training for ops leaders and frontline teams.
• Lead change management for major CI initiatives.
• Interface with Process Excellence to align documentation and governance.
