Job summary

Continental Battery Systems is seeking a Branch Manager for the Cottage Grove location to drive daily operations, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team, manage inventory and logistics, and ensure efficient and safe facility operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing warehouse management, improving branch performance, and building strong customer relationships to meet revenue targets.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in wholesale distribution, warehousing, or route-based sales.
• Proven track record of leading a team and managing P&L.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Background in automotive, battery, or parts industry is a strong plus.
