Job summary

Continental Battery Systems is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations at our Bangor, Maine location. You will oversee warehouse and office functions, drive sales growth, manage inventory, and ensure safety and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in wholesale distribution or related leadership, hands-on logistics experience, and a proven ability to manage P&L while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in wholesale distribution, warehousing, or route-based sales.
• 1+ years of sit down forklift experience
• Proven track record of leading a team and managing profit & loss (P&L).
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution logistics.
• Lead, train, and develop branch staff to foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and high performance.
• Drive local sales initiatives and build lasting relationships with customers in the Louisville market.

Job Overview

As the Branch Manager for our Louisville location, you will be the driving force behind our daily operations, sales growth, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a dedicated team, manage inventory and logistics, and ensure that our facility operates efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, including warehouse management, inventory control, and distribution logistics.

• Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies.


• Manage branch P&L, control operational expenses, and meet or exceed revenue targets.

Requirements
