Job summary

Collectors Universe, Inc. seeks an Operations Production Planner to bridge business strategy and technical execution. You will design dashboards and reporting to drive throughput and service levels, partnering with Operations and Tech to uncover bottlenecks and improve performance.

This hybrid role requires 2-3 days onsite and 90 days onsite before hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in operations analytics, strong BI skills with Lightdash/Tableau/Looker, and advanced Excel/Google

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations or business analytics.
• Strong data visualization and reporting practices.
• Experience with BI tools to build internal reports.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel.

Responsibilities

• Embed with Operations to translate requirements into dashboards and reporting.
• Build robust dashboards for non-technical leadership and frontline teams.
• Partner on resourcing, throughput, and capacity to improve SLA times.
• Coordinate between Operations and Engineering/Tech for enhancements.
• Aggregate data across systems to reveal trends and guide decisions.
• Train teams to use data tools and enable self‑service reporting.
