Job summary

Chicago Partners Wealth Advisors in Chicago seeks an Operations Associate to support client service requests, alternative investment processing, and account maintenance in a hands-on, in-person role with senior operations staff and wealth advisors. This is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional aiming to learn the inner workings of an RIA.

You will gain exposure to regulatory requirements, workflow improvements, and collaboration across teams in a growing wealth management

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Operations Management, or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite — Excel, Word, and Outlook (Required)

Responsibilities

• Respond to client and advisor requests, supporting a wide range of operational tasks across the firm
• Assist with the lifecycle of alternative investment transactions, including new subscriptions, capital calls, registration maintenance, and exemptions
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure data integrity across operational systems and platforms
• Help execute account opening, transfer, and maintenance processes from initiation through completion
• Contribute to projects aimed at improving and enhancing company workflows and operational efficiency
• Learn and apply relevant regulatory requirements, compliance procedures, and industry best practices
• Collaborate with senior team members to ensure consistency and accuracy in operational execution
