NRC Health is seeking an Operations Associate in Lincoln, NE to support survey production and data collection across multiple methodologies. This role covers the full mail survey lifecycle: printing, quality checks, processing with specialized equipment, and reviewing returned surveys.

You will help identify better ways to serve customers through process improvements. The position requires a High school diploma, good hand/eye coordination, and the ability to stand and move for long periods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Hand/eye coordination and visual acuity are required.
• Ability to stand, walk and move continuously for most of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Support survey production and data collection across multiple methodologies.
• Print and quality-check surveys; prepare and process them with specialized equipment.
• Open, scan, and review surveys as they come back in; participate in process reviews and projects.
