Responsibilities

• Primary role is to support survey production and data collection across multiple methodologies.
• Print and quality-check surveys, prepare and process them using specialized equipment, and open, scan, and review surveys as they come back.
• Participate in process reviews and other specialized projects to improve service to customers.
