You will meet learning objectives, gain leadership experiences, and contribute value in each rotation.

Qualifications

• Previous work experience or academic leadership experience required.
• Experience with seniors, health care, and/or service delivery.
• Leadership activities in school with evidence of individual and team successes.
• Willingness to travel.
• Willingness to relocate.
• For Continuing Care rotation, complete Health Stream courses and orientation.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute learning objectives for each business-line rotation.
• Complete all structured learning, including on-the-job and follow-up.
• Assume program and project leadership roles in each rotation.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for each rotation.
• Create an individual career path to support growth after completion.
• Attend quarterly peer team calls.
