Job summary

Sephora is seeking an Operations Associate at the MD-National Harbor store to help run daily operations and ensure excellent client experiences. You will manage inventory, support visual merchandising, and contribute to sales goals while upholding Sephora standards.

This is a part-time, on-site role requiring reliability and strong teamwork. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in retail or a client-focused environment, with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work nights, weekends, or holidays

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or retail/guest-facing roles.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and communicate it to clients.
