Sephora Bloomfield Plaza is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, inventory management, stock replenishment, order fulfillment, and merchandising that aligns with brand standards.

You will deliver exceptional service, engage with customers, and collaborate with teammates to meet sales goals. The role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with part-time hours.

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
