Job summary

Sephora in Huntington Beach, CA is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, from inventory and stock replenishment to promotional setups and event execution.

You will help deliver outstanding client experiences, assist with merchandising, and uphold Sephora standards in a fast-paced environment, while working part-time with a flexible schedule and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment.
