Focus Financial Partners in Deerfield, IL is seeking an Operations Associate (Paperwork and Cashiering) to specialize in account onboarding and money movement, delivering an excellent client experience through streamlined processes.

You will prepare onboarding paperwork, process cashiering requests (ACH transfers, wires, checks), maintain client records, and collaborate with Advisors to ensure a seamless, compliant workflow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years in financial services preferred.
• Familiarity with account onboarding processes and custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing) a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prepare onboarding paperwork for new and existing accounts.
• Ensure forms are completed accurately and compliant.
• Process account documentation across custodians (Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing).
• Resolve issues with missing documents or non-standard cases.
