Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking an Operations Associate at its Dallas NorthPark location to support store sales goals by accurately processing inventory and stock transactions and maintaining an organized stockroom.

This role handles replenishment, cycle counts, shipping and receiving, and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies while supporting the sales team. It is physically active and requires standing, lifting, and routine movement throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail customer service.

• 3+ years in high-volume stock/operations in fashion retail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and store inventory systems.
• Able to stand eight hours and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Able to climb stairs and ladders; good vision.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory and stock transactions accurately and timely.
• Maintain replenishment and ensure merchandise on the sales floor per standards.
• Complete weekly cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and submit adjustments.
• Process shipments via store systems and FedEx/UPS; verify receipt within 24 hours.
• Monitor consignment and negative reports; follow up with IT and corporate as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Support and train newly acquired staff on policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process all inventory and stock transactions accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain store replenishment and ensure merchandise is represented on the sales floor per company standards
• Complete weekly cycle counts, reconcile discrepancies, and submit adjustments
• Process incoming and outgoing shipments via store systems and FedEx/UPS; verify receipt within 24 hours
• Monitor consignment and negative reports and follow up on unresolved issues with IT and corporate as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and accessible stockroom and follow opening/closing procedures
• Support and train newly acquired staff on policies, procedures, and job requirements

Requirements

• Previous retail customer service experience in the luxury market
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-centric attitude
• Preferred 3+ years in a high-volume stock or operations role for a fashion retailer
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and experience with store inventory systems
• Ability to stand and walk for up to eight hours and repetitively lift up to 70 lbs
• Ability to climb stairs and ladders and possess required vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception)
