Job summary

Entegris in Aurora, IL, is seeking an Operations Associate for the 1st shift (6 am to 2 pm, Mon-Fri) to join the Pads Production Division. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will manufacture CMP pads, perform data entry and quality testing, and participate in LEAN/6S activities while maintaining a clean, safe workplace. A high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand documented processes and procedures.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to perform basic math computations and data entry.
• Ability to use measuring devices and hand/power tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., climb a ladder up to 15 ft. and stand during shift.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture Entegris CMP Pads using a variety of manufacturing equipment (laminator, CNC, die press, brush clean).
• Perform required data entry and record keeping.
• Perform required quality testing and inspections.
• Maintain safe and clean working environment.
• Understand and adhere to Entegris values, procedures, policies, etc.
• Engage in continuous improvement (6S) teams and LEAN manufacturing activities.
• Comply with plant safety initiatives.
• Perform miscellaneous production-related tasks (cycle count, preventive maintenance, housekeeping, inventory).
