Job summary

Jackson is seeking an Operations Associate I in New York to process standard client and producer transactions, following documented procedures and using multiple software systems. You will document statuses, communicate requirements, and escalate unresolved issues to ensure smooth processing.

Applicants should be able to learn basic life and annuity product information, read detailed procedures, and work both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 year work experience preferred.
• FINRA Series 6 license required within 180 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Process standard transactions using documented procedures and multiple software applications.
• Identify and escalate issues for resolution when necessary.
• Communicate with internal associates and external customers or agents regarding outstanding requirements.
• Document status of transactions and contacts received and initiated.
• Must meet departmental production and quality standards related to product or level.
