Job summary

Confluent Medical Technologies, Inc. in Laguna Niguel, CA is seeking an Operations Associate I to join our manufacturing team.

You will perform simple and routine tasks in preparation for medical device assembly, following established work instructions and SOPs to maintain quality and safety. You will operate production equipment, document processes, participate in improvements, and work at different workstations to meet productivity goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform simple and routine tasks in preparation for medical device assembly.
• Read, follow, and train to WI, EOPs in production equipment.
• Ensure accurate manufacturing documentation and SOP compliance.
• Operate machines to process medical devices and maintain quality.
• Work at multiple stations as production needs require.
• Meet productivity and quality goals with proper line balance.
• Perform self-inspection on process steps and keep workstation clean.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and request supplies.
• Participate in process/safety improvement activities.
