Confluent Medical Technologies is seeking an Operations Associate II to join our Chattanooga team. The role involves manufacturing medical device balloons per specifications, following GMP standards, and maintaining accurate documentation.
You will read and follow work procedures, manage multiple tasks, and communicate issues to supervisors, while prioritizing safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

This position requires significant standing and walking on an ongoing basis. The balloon operator must have the ability to sit and stand, and use arms, hands, and fingers to perform duties. This position requires operators to be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
