(HQ in Scottsdale, Arizona - https://confluentmedical.com/)Confluent Medical is urgently looking for an **Operations Associate I**to join our team. You may be who we are looking for!**Summary:**This position will be in rotating shift meaning the operator will be assigned any of the 3 shifts (morning/afternoon/night) at equal intervals. As a uniquely qualified candidate, you will follow written procedures to operate equipment and manufacture wire to customer specifications by performing the following duties. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*** Read, follow, and train to WI, EOPs to operate production equipment* Work at different workstations as production needs require* Meet productivity and quality goals while maintaining line balance* Maintain clean and orderly workstation* Use and read measuring devices, i.e., rulers, calipers, micrometers, thermometers, gauges, etc. and perform self-inspection on all process steps* Properly complete manufacturing documentation* Communicate problems to supervisor or lead* Communicate the need for production operating supplies* Participate in improvement activities related to process or safety* Complete required basic production, health, safety and environmental hazard training courses* Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance* Proficient in and ability to demonstrate basic computer skill set. (i.e., use of MS Word, Excel, etc.)**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:**Technical diploma or equivalent; 0 to 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. **OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES:*** Ability to read and comprehend / interpret equipment operating and maintenance instructions, safety rules, documentation, and/or memos* Ability to write clear / legible / accurate data and correspondence* Ability to present, effectively within a group and/or individual setting, information to peers and/or management representatives.
